HOW DO I GET DESIGN DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?
HOW DO I GET A LIST OF CREDIT REFERENCES?
Due to identity theft risk, you will need to contact HDL purchasing via telephone.
DOES HDL EXPORT ITS PRODUCTS?
No, but HDL will work with the U.S. Government to determine the appropriate classification for its products to support it's client's export efforts.
DOES HDL LICENSE OUTSIDE PRODUCTION OF ITS DESIGNS?
Generally, no.
DOES HDL USE CONTRACT ASSEMBLERS?
No, we build everything in-house. For more information, see What We Do.
ARE HDL EMPLOYEES TRAINED AND CERTIFIED?
Yes, all production operators and inspectors are trained and certified to CLASS 3 standards of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 and a host of other essential skills.
DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN HAZARDOUS MATERIALS?
Only to the extent needed to comply with other requirements and with express client concurrence. For a complete list, contact your Client Account Manager.
ARE HDL PRODUCTS ROHS COMPLIANT?
Yes, via the military use exemption.
IS HDL ITAR REGISTERED?
Yes, HDL has a documented technology control plan that includes compliance with ITAR.
DOES HDL HAVE A DOCUMENTED QUALITY PROGRAM?
Yes. HDL is registered as a design and build firm per AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. For more information, please refer to our Fact Sheet.
DOES HDL HAVE A TIN WHISKER RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM?
